The Toshiba e-Studio 232 is perfect for small to medium sized work groups. Its function include copy, and you can add the optional print, scan, and fax. It is a medium volume MFP that can warm up in just 25 seconds; making you more productive. The e-FILING feature makes it easy for you to access your e-FILING box, store documents, and scan in new documents. Using the e-Filing web-browser, combined with downloading software and TWAIN drivers, you can extend capabilities to merge and edit stored documents as well as download files to the desktop. The e-232 is environment conscious with a 100% recycling toner, is lead free, and can print up to 90,000 monthly copies. You can add a number of options to the 232. These include Automatic Duplexing Unit, Reversing Auto Document Feeder, and a number of finishing options. Duplex allows you to do double sided prints, on the front and back. The Reverse Automatic Document Feeder includes Duplex ability. Duplex cuts the cost of paper in half by utilizing both sides of the paper. Reverse Automatic Document Feeder will flip the paper over to scan both sides. The finisher options include Single-Position Stapling Finisher or the Multi-Position Stapling Finisher With Saddle-Stitch. It comes standard with 2 x 550 sheet paper trays and you can add the optional 550 Sheet Paper Feed Pedestal, 550 Sheet Cassette or the 2,500 Sheet Large Capacity Feeder for more paper handling capacity.
